The popular “Pokemon with Guns” game has crossed another milestone. Despite a looming lawsuit from competitor Nintendo, Palworld has crossed 32 million players in its first year.

Palworld Crosses Amazing Milestone of 32 Million Players
Palworld was launched in January 2024 on Steam in an unfinished state and later on PS5 in September. Despite the incompleteness, players flocked to the gaming, breaking daily and weekly records.
BY mid-year 2024, Nintendo launched a copyright infringement claim against the company in Japan. The suit is still ongoing, but Pocketpair may see paying Nintendo over $66,000.
The company attracted over 2 million players within its first 24 hours of launching and rose to the same number of concurrent players on Steam. In addition, according to a sales report, over 5 million copies of the game were sold within the first three days.
