As early as 2024, Palworld started teasing a new collaboration with Terraria. However, when that finally happened, Palworld: Tides of Terraria, a month ago, a Moon Lord Raid Boss appeared, but without any real opponent. Now, in a new update, a new Moon Lord Master has arrived to set things straight.
Back in December, a Steam post screamed the excitement and boasted of the powerful collaboration that was about to unleash in Terraria and Palworld.
“Palworld: Tides of Terraria” is a major update that introduces a collaboration with the adventure game “Terraria”, which has sold over 60 million copies worldwide. The world of Terraria collides with Palworld! Capture, train, fight, and work monsters from Terraria just like Pals…? A large update that can be enjoyed by fans of Palworld and Terraria! In addition to the collaboration content, further new content will be added, including new Pals and new islands. The contents of the update will be announced across official Palworld social media channels over the next few weeks, so please follow!”
What’s New In the Palworld: Tides of Terraria Update
According to Silicon Era, the Moon Lord Master is a level 65 fight, and the original Palworld Raid Boss appeared at level 50. You will need to craft the new Celestial Sigil Master Pal Slab and use it at a Summoning Alter to fight it, as usual for these types of Pals. Some of the rarest drops from it this time include different types of large lotus, and schematics for Nightglow, Terra Blade, Terraprisma, and Vortex Beater.
Here is a summary of the update.
- Added a more powerful version of Moon Lord! You can gather a new Celestial Sigil to face this terrifying foe!
-
Summoned Pals no longer deal damage when bumping into neutral, non-hostile Pals.
-
Sending an overpowered Pal team on an expedition no longer reduces the expedition time, but instead increases the quantity of rewards.
-
Summoned Pals are returned to the player’s party upon player death.
Most of the update were bug fixes, but you are about to get into tougher battles.
